Standard Offshore Recruits Ex-Barclays Private Bank Operations Manager

Standard Bank Offshore has appointed Archie Garden to support the continued growth of the bank’s fund administration business. Mr Garden has been recruited from Barclays where he had significant operational responsibilities for Barclays Private Banking business in Jersey and across five other offshore jurisdictions. He also helped to lead the recent re-structuring of Barclays International Funds Group and was responsible for operational strategies to support business strategies for more than 10 years within the Barclays Group. Between 1997 and 1999, he was an operations and systems director for Barclays Corporate Banking responsible for all systems and operations outside the UK for the Bank’s corporate banking division.
